All sales are final - orders cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services
Quality Assurance & Damages
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
Report any defects, damages or incorrect items within 24 hours
Provide clear photos showing the issue for evaluation
Without photo evidence received within 24 hours, we cannot process any claims
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds/replacements when:
The product is proven defective due to our error
The wrong item was delivered
Significant quality issues exist (with photo evidence)
Refunds will be issued at our discretion (excluding delivery fees)
No refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental orders
Items damaged after delivery
Perishable goods that were not properly stored
