At Flakes & Layers, we've partnered with trusted logistics providers Lalamove to bring our artisanal pastries straight to you with care. Here's what you can expect:

For Regular Orders:
After you place your order, our team needs 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your pastries with love. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. This means most customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days total.

For Special Pre-Orders:
Our made-to-order items require extra attention. These will ship 1-2 business days after the set date (you'll see the exact timeline on each product page), with delivery then taking the standard 1-3 business days.


Important Things to Know:

  • We ship Monday-Thursday to ensure your goodies don't sit in transit over weekends

  • All packages include insulated liners and ice packs to maintain freshness

  • You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our bakery

  • For the best quality, we recommend refrigerating items immediately upon arrival
